Appau Jnr Boakye-Yiadom has created a beautiful new limited edition, Montego Bay (2022) for Southwark Park Galleries, in celebration of his current exhibition Before: Socialized, Circularized, Linearized, Artificialized, Corrupt Time at Dilston Gallery (open Wed-Sun 11-5pm until 4 September).
The hand-finished, print collage limited edition has evolved from the artist’s own archive of found images, and is collaged with printed latex over-lays of his own hands, a recurring motif in his work.
