Pink! I Have The Power presents the dynamic work of our neighbouring artists at the Bede Centre, focused on the theme of alter egos. Made during weekly workshops held at Dilston Gallery in February – May 2025, the artists have envisioned powerful versions of themselves, translating this across diverse materials from vibrant paintings to sculptural pieces.
These works represent bold expansions of the artists’ personal styles, exploring new dimensions and forms of self-expression. Each artwork embraces new identities, pushes creative boundaries and transforms dreams into reality. They reveal the limitless potential of who the artists could be, giving a powerful glimpse into their inner worlds.
In collaboration with our neighbours Bede Centre, we present the first exhibition of work made by their members. A renowned space for people with learning disabilities, Bede Centre exists to develop skills, expand friendships and help people.
This project is generously supported by Bede House (founded in 1938) and Arts Council England.
